Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, recruitment, orientation and ongoing development of department team members.
• Develop and implement training programs for direct reports.
• Create weekly schedules within labor budget and balance team and business needs.
• Administer merit increases and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate with other managers for hiring decisions and talent growth.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, Responsible Alcohol Service, and health regulations.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics (P&L, GEM, QSCs) and implement corrective actions.
• Drive sales and profitability goals for the department.
• Oversee Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality departments’ operations.
• Lead and inspire team to deliver top-tier service and guest experiences.
