Job summary

Pizza Lucé is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at one of our Minnesota locations. You will lead daily operations and guest experiences, ensuring high quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-service restaurant management, a collaborative mindset, and strong communication. You will hire, train, and develop staff while upholding our values of Heart, Hospitality, and Hustle.

Qualifications

Experienced restaurant leader with 2+ years full-service restaurant management experience.
Driven by teamwork, curiosity, and growth. Strong communicator who leads with integrity and empathy.
Reliable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
