Tine & Cellar is seeking a diligent Custodian to uphold cleanliness across dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and common areas. The role is essential for a safe, welcoming guest and staff environment by maintaining high sanitation and organization throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, trash disposal, restocking supplies, and assist with light maintenance as needed. Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of cleaning and sanitation standards in a restaurant setting.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
• Availability to work early morning or late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and high-traffic guest areas regularly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the restaurant.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
• Maintain and restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including scrubbing surfaces, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
