Raising Cane’s in Odessa, TX is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers to wear many hats and be a key part of the team. The role is entry-level with paid training and opportunities to grow, including pay raises up to $1.50 per hour in the first year.

Crew members will take orders, handle payments, clean, and assist customers; shifts include opening, closing, and in-between. Benefits include weekly pay, flexible scheduling, 401(k) with employer match, and other perks.
