Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers in Indianapolis to join a fun, fast-paced team. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for increases within the first year through training and performance evaluations. We offer paid training and flexible shifts across opening, closing, and everything in between.

No prior restaurant experience is required. Benefits are available for hourly crew, including healthcare options and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No restaurant experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including openings and closings.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Clean tables, floors and dining areas.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling food.
