Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers to wear many hats and be a key part of the team. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay to help you grow your career in a FUN, fast-paced environment.

All new crewmembers start at $14.00/hour with opportunities for pay increases within the first year as you complete trainings and certifications. No prior restaurant experience is required, and we provide ongoing support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for long periods.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Assist team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
