Raising Cane’s in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring entry-level and experienced Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with opportunities for growth through training and certifications. The role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits for hourly Crewmembers.

As a Cook, you’ll prepare high-quality chicken finger meals, work with a fun team, and have potential to advance to Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer. Training is provided to all new hires.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with paid training.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant.
• Take orders from customers and process payments.
• Follow proper food safety procedures.
• Multitask and work well under pressure.
