Sonic Drive-In, United States, is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform basic operational duties and provide quality products and guest service. The role is nonexempt and requires reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle fountain, grill, switchboard, expeditor, and drive-thru tasks as applicable, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Formación

• General restaurant or retail knowledge is required.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru as applicable) to meet standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing areas.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD.
• Move and stock food up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
