Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform essential restaurant operations and ensure quality products for guests. You will handle station duties, follow procedures, and assist with clean, safe service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires regular attendance, ability to multitask, and good communication skills. Shifts are irregular, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with exposure to heat and kitchen equipment.

Formación

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multi-tasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru, food prep) to meet operational standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and equipment, wiping counters, and sanitizing food prep areas.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
