Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Member in Arlington, TX. This role performs basic operational duties across stations to provide quality products and service to guests. You will follow policies, maintain sanitation, and assist with drive-thru when applicable.

Responsibilities include station duties, cleaning, stock, and reporting issues to the MOD. Irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays are expected. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• General restaurant knowledge is required.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to follow directions and work with accuracy is essential.
• Must be able to multitask and handle multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru if applicable) to meet standards.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties and sanitize prep areas.
• Attend work regularly and on time.
• Report issues to MOD and follow up as needed.
• Move and stock food items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
