Crew Member Responsibilities

• Assist customers and direct questions appropriately.
• Perform duties such as taking payments, orders, and working in kitchen or front-line areas.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Manage tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
• Operate relevant equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Be flexible and ready to take on various roles on short notice.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Crew Member Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Friendly and personable demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual.
