Job Types: Full-time (30-40 hours) & Part-time (Less than 30 hours).

Positions available: Cashier, Cook, Biscuit Maker, Food Handler, Food Preparer.

Crew Member Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, at least 5 minutes before your shift.
• Address customer questions and know where to direct inquiries.
• Perform duties such as taking payments, orders, working in kitchen, front-line, back-line, etc.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
• Prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently.
• Operate and manage the equipment needed for your role.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen to standards.
• Be flexible and ready to work various roles on short notice.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Crew Member Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Personable and friendly demeanor.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically able to stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Availability for irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• On-the-job training provided, including food handling and system training.

Experience

• Food industry: 1 year (preferred).
• Driver's License (preferred).
