Responsibilities
- Arrive on time, at least 5 minutes before your shift.
- Address customer questions and know where to direct inquiries.
- Perform duties such as taking payments, orders, and working in kitchen and front-line roles.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Operate necessary equipment for your role.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen to standards.
- Be flexible and ready to perform various roles on short notice.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
- Availability for irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- On-the-job training provided, including food handling and system training.
Experience and Benefits
