Crew Member Responsibilities

1. Arrive for your shift on time, at least 5 minutes before scheduled.
2. Address customer questions and know where to go if unsure.
3. Complete duties including payments, orders, kitchen, front-line, back-line tasks.
4. Escalate problems to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
5. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
6. Operate equipment needed for your role.
7. Clean the restaurant and kitchen to standards.
8. Be flexible and ready to work various roles on short notice.
9. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Crew Member Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Personable and friendly demeanor.
3. Reliable and punctual.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Physically capable of standing and walking throughout shifts.
6. Able to lift up to fifty pounds.
7. Available for irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
8. On-the-job training provided, including food handling and system training.

Experience

1. Food industry: 1 year (preferred).
2. Driver's License (preferred).
