Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-through, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers.
• Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check for correctness, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas; follow safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Inform customers about promotions, upsell opportunities, and loyalty programs.
