CASSANOS INC. is seeking a Crew Member in the United States (Springfield, OH) to deliver friendly customer service while preparing food and beverages. Employees assist customers, handle payments, and maintain a clean work area.

The role requires ability to work quickly, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in training; high school diploma is not required for applicants aged 18+ (or 16-17 with work permit). Benefits include insurance, 401(k), PTO, and meal perks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food products according to Company specifications.
• Prepares and serves beverages for customers.
• Performs a variety of preparation duties beyond cooking.
• Cleans and sterilizes work area, dining area, and bathrooms.
• Obtains information from customers regarding orders and pays at checkout.
• Notifies kitchen staff of shortages or special orders.
• Arrives on time in proper uniform and follows safety policies.
