Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, a proud Arby’s franchisee, seeks team members for part-time or full-time shifts across Indiana. You’ll help create a positive dining experience, assist with cashiering, drive-thru, and kitchen tasks, and adapt to preferred schedules.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and a friendly attitude.
• Accurate cash handling and POS operation knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with peers.
• Ability to stay flexible with shifts and duties.
• Good problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety and store procedures.
• Willingness to learn multiple crew positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive dining experience for guests in-store or at the drive-thru.
• Assist customers, take orders, and help maintain line flow.
• Learn and rotate through crew positions: cashier, drive-thru, front of house, kitchen.
• Follow schedules and communicate availability to maximize coverage.
• Support training for new team members and uphold company standards.
