Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a Restaurant Crew Member at Hardee's. No prior experience required; we offer great pay and benefits and a chance to develop customer service and team skills in a supportive, growth‑oriented setting.

As a crew member, you will greet guests, ensure quality products, keep the restaurant clean, and work closely with the team to prepare for each shift. This is a part‑time opportunity with a family‑style company culture and ADA accommodations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, cheerful and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked; wash dishes, sweep, mop, take out trash, clean restrooms.
• Be punctual, detail-oriented and honest; support the team during each shift.
• Maintain restaurant readiness and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
