Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a Restaurant Crew Member at Hardee's. No experience necessary; however, you should be friendly, hard-working, honest and able to deliver great guest service.

As part of our team, you will greet guests, ensure quality products, keep the restaurant clean, and work with others to prepare for each shift. We offer weekly pay, a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Lifting up to 60 pounds; constant standing and walking.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable, cheerful and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure that guests receive only quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked; wash dishes, sweep, mop, trash, and clean restrooms.
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and above all, honest.
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Represent the company professionally and perform other tasks as directed.
