Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must possess, or obtain within 30 days of hire, the applicable Douglas County Prep Cook Food Handler Certification and maintain the certification as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers.
• Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check correctness, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Upsell promotions and encourage loyalty program participation.
