Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers, assist with orders, provide menu recommendations, ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: prepare and assemble items per recipes, ensure timely service and proper portioning.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service areas per guidelines.
• Teamwork and Communication: collaborate with team, communicate with kitchen and management about orders and issues.
• Compliance and Policies: follow company policies, health and safety guidelines, report issues promptly.
• Upselling and Promotion: inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and new items to boost guest experience.
