Job summary

Taco Bell in Union, New Jersey, is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service and food with accuracy. You will greet customers, take orders, and assist teammates to ensure a smooth flow from order to service.

Responsibilities include food preparation, sanitation, upselling promotions, and maintaining a clean dining area. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required; flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: greet customers and assist with their orders.
• Food preparation and assembly according to recipes and standards.
• Cleaning and sanitation of dining area, kitchen, and service areas.
• Teamwork and communication with kitchen staff, servers and management.
