Hardee's Ravenel is hiring a Crew Member in Ravenel, SC. Join a friendly team focused on great guest service, quality food, and a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. No experience is necessary, as training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist within the organization.

This part-time position offers weekly pay, a flexible schedule, and benefits such as health insurance and paid training. Applicants should be 16+ and able to meet physical demands of the role.

• Must be 16 years or older
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role (Lifting up to 60 pounds; Constant Standing, Walking, Grasping, Stopping, Reaching, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Smile and greet guest.
• Ensure that guests receive only quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Keep work area clean, organized and stocked.
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and above all, honest.
• Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Ensure restaurant is always clean and welcoming for guests.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Recognize and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures.
