Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• For Douglas County, Nebraska locations: must obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining area, kitchen, and service areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report issues to management.
• Upsell promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Work with team to ensure efficient operations.
