Responsibilities

• Washes and prepares raw food ingredients, follows recipes per card/manual.
• Operate power driven machinery to prepare ingredients.
• Cook, sauté,Boil and fry food products.
• Ensure food is cooked/reheated/dated and stored per health rules.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu.
• Assist with serving orders and guest needs.
