Wonder is hiring Team Members in Reston to help bring Chef-driven menus to life and provide an inviting guest experience. You’ll prepare food, greet guests, assist with orders, and support meal-kit and delivery operations. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with shift-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Overnight shifts include a $2.00/hr premium. Opportunities to grow into Trainer or Supervisor roles exist, with benefits like free meals, insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines including temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans and ensure correct portions and orders.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and assist with dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.
• Be a collaborative team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
