Job summary

Wonder, a fast-growing meals platform, is seeking a Team Member in Sterling to prep menu items to Wonder standards, maintain sanitation, and assist guests across shifts. You’ll learn multiple roles and grow with a friendly, energetic team focused on great hospitality and food quality.

Earn $18 per hour with premiums for overnight hours and opportunities to advance into trainer or supervisor roles. Benefits include meals, discounts, and standard company health and retirement offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory scans and ensure orders are correct before they go out.
• Greet guests, assist with orders and payments, and support app usage.
