Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and handles guest issues.
• Operates POS devices and suggests upsell opportunities.
• Verifies orders for accuracy.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintains health and safety standards in the work area.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep, expediter).
• Maintains punctual, regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
