• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or point of sale devices; uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and beverages.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and outdoor areas.
• Maintains health and safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintains regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Works to resolve restaurant issues.
• Learns team skills and collaborates to meet goals.
• Responds to guests' needs professionally.
