Raising Cane’s in Middleburg Heights, OH is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers to join a fast-paced team. No prior restaurant experience is required, as paid training is provided to help you grow within a fun, community-focused environment.

You’ll work across multiple roles including serving, kitchen tasks and drive-thru support, with opportunities for pay increases within the first year. Health benefits and growth- oriented training are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; entry-level position with paid training.
• Paid training for every new Restaurant Crewmember.
• Must be 16 years of age or older; ability to work various shifts including openings and closings.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and process payments efficiently.
• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Work as a team to ensure fast, friendly service and continuity of operations.
