Location: 5796 Fairburn Road, Douglasville, GA 30134

Job Types: Full-time (30-40 hours) and Part-time (<30 hours)

Positions Available: Cashier, Cook, Biscuit Maker, Food Handler, Food Preparer

Crew Member Responsibilities

1. Arrive on time, at least 5 minutes before your shift.
2. Address customer questions or direct them to the appropriate person.
3. Perform duties such as taking payments, taking orders, working in the kitchen, front-line, or back-line roles.
4. Escalate issues to the manager or supervisor.
5. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
6. Operate the equipment needed for your role.
7. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen to standard.
8. Be flexible and ready to perform various duties on short notice.
9. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.

Crew Member Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Personable and friendly demeanor.
3. Reliable and punctual.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Physically capable of standing and walking throughout shifts.
6. Able to lift up to fifty pounds.
7. Available to work irregular hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Training provided on food handling and systems.

Preferred Experience

1. Food industry experience: 1 year (preferred).
