Job summary

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is seeking Restaurant Crew Members for day shifts. This entry-level role offers training, a friendly environment, and opportunities to learn food preparation, cashier duties, and store upkeep.

We welcome teens and those without prior experience. You will be trained to make subs, run the register, grill, and maintain a clean store while delivering friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subs and other menu items.
• Operate the cash register.
• Grill and assist with keeping the store neat and clean.
