Job summary

DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC in Independence Township, Ohio, is hiring Restaurant Crew Members for an entry-level, no-experience-needed position.

You will learn to make subs, operate the cash register, grill, and keep the store neat and clean. A great first job with a friendly team and flexible shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• First Job? No problem, no experience needed for Restaurant Crew Members.
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Each of our Restaurant Crew Members make subs, but you will also be trained to run the cash register, grill, and how to keep the store neat and clean.
