Overview

A Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to brand standards, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Adhere to food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and serve orders to guests
• Understand the menu, including promotions, and answer guest questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Clean equipment and guest areas
• Stock items at workstation
• Handle orders and payments at Drive Thru or Front Counter POS (if applicable)
• Achieve speed of service standards
• Serve and communicate effectively with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock and refrigerated areas

Salary
