Job summary

Ralph's American Grill in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Restaurant Cook to join our fast-paced casual dining team. You should have 1–2 years line cook experience, follow recipes precisely and maintain quality and consistency in every plate.

You will work with a friendly kitchen staff, handle prep lists, support opening and closing duties, and uphold hygiene standards while contributing to cost controls and a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous line cook experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant.
• Dependable, can follow recipes, and has a commitment to consistency and producing a quality product.
