What You Will Bring
At least two years of prior restaurant food prep experience. Ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training that results in staff that meets/exceeds guest expectations and provides a high level of guest satisfaction. Communication skills to work with guests and team members of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds to resolve problems and provide high satisfaction. Ability to work as part of a team.
