Responsibilities

• Prepares and plates high-quality dishes following recipes and procedures.
• Manages assigned kitchen station to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to safety standards in the kitchen.
• Supports team with prep, organization, and dishwashing as needed.
• Follows all food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines.
• Reports equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.
