Sapp Bros. is seeking a full-time Cook to join our team. You will prepare menu items to our high standards, maintain quick ticket times, and help manage kitchen cleanliness and stock. We value safety and professionalism in a family-like work environment.

Responsibilities include operating pressure fryers, portioning and prepping food, and ensuring proper food temperatures with logs. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and 18+ years old applicants are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Strong references and a solid work ethic.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook all menu items per Sapp Bros. specs.
• Operate pressure fryers safely and efficiently.
• Portion, prep, and organize food before, during, and after service.
• Check temperatures and log food safety data.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain product levels in cases and coolers.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized, including dishwasher use.
