SONIC Drive-In is hiring a Cook to oversee stations such as Food Production, Grill, and Fryer, ensuring quality and timely meal preparation in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare and portion food, dress items to order, and help maintain cleanliness.

Ideal candidates maintain good communication, adaptability to irregular hours, and a willingness to follow uniform and hygiene standards. The role offers training, flexible scheduling, and the camaraderie of a team focused on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.
• General knowledge of restaurant operations or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food orders to meet product quality standards.
• Food preparation and portioning.
• Cooking on the grill.
• Operating the fry station.
• Dressing items to order.
• Packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency.
• Cleaning including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops and sanitizing food area.
