Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a restaurant Cook to oversee stations including Food Production, Grill, Fryer and related tasks. You will prepare and cook orders, portion food, and ensure quality across all menu items in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires working irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays. You should be flexible, follow directions, and maintain hygiene standards while contributing to a friendly team environment at SONIC Drive-In.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible in all situations based on business need.
• Follow directions with good hygiene standards.
• General knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders to meet product quality standards.
• Food preparation and portioning.
• Cook on the grill.
• Operate the fry station.
• Dress items to order.
• Package items and check quality and consistency.
• Clean including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters and sanitizing areas.
