Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant cook preferred.
• ServeSafe certification (or willingness to attain).
• Effective communication with team and guests.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food prep areas to ensure sanitary practices.
• Ensure freshness and rotate stock to prevent spoilage.
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures across equipment.
• Season and cook food according to recipes or judgment.
• Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking and quality.
• Respond to guest feedback with professionalism.
