POSITION SUMMARY

As a Team Member & Cook, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following safety and quality procedures.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and maintain proper time & temperature standards.
3. Follow food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a team player and foster respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
8. Monitor and ensure the quality of all products.
9. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress standards.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
