POSITION SUMMARY

As a Team Member & Cook, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with proper temperature and timing standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a cooperative team player, maintaining respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to ensure it.
9. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
