POSITION SUMMARY

As a Team Member & Cook, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times or as needed based on time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Exceed guest expectations whenever possible.
6. Work cooperatively and respectfully with management and team members.
7. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
12. Greet all guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations.
