Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Restaurant Chef for our state-of-the-art dining outlets. The role demands creativity, leadership and a track record in a high-volume, luxury setting. You will oversee daily food production across multiple outlets and help shape menus and specials.

Requirements include a culinary degree (preferred) and prior la carte chef experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a strong focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a la carte Chef, required.
• Strong kitchen management and Front of House experience.
• Experience in a high volume, high quality hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directly supervises the daily preparation of all food items.
• Responsible for the food production in all outlets of the club.
• Maintains standards of quality, cost, eye appeal and flavor of foods.
• Creates menu specification with the Executive Chef.
• Tastes all food items prepared prior to serving.
• Creates “Specials”.
• Creates new items for buffet and a la carte.
• Plans weekly production lists.
• Ensures all employees are following their schedules.
• Communicates with the Chef on any club member feedback.
• Ensures cooks are trained and understand our standards when working any type of station.
• Ensures all food products received are of the highest quality.
• Ensures all employees follow checklists for their areas.
• Ensures sanitation standards are followed.
• Ensure that the receiving department is accepting only the highest quality

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Restaurant Chef for our state-of-the-art dining outlets. Our resort offers five dining venues, each with a varied and unique dining experience to suit our members ranging from casual poolside bites to elaborate buffets and elegant dinners. We are seeking a Culinary Professional who possesses strong culinary and managerial skills within a luxury high-volume resort or high-end restaurant environment. Must be creative, detail-oriented and have a strong passion for culinary arts. Prior experience as an a la carte Chef in a high volume, high quality environment preferred. Must have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, and culinary degree preferred.
