Velvet Taco Addison is hiring for Counter Servers to join our vibrant, fast-paced team. You will greet guests with a friendly demeanor, take orders using our service steps, and ensure all transactions are accurately processed through the POS system. The role supports dine-in, takeout, and call-in orders.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized service area and full knowledge of menu items.
• Maintain a driven, fast pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift.

Essential Functions

• Enthusiastically greets every Guest with a smile and positive attitude
• Take Guests’ order using the Velvet Taco steps of service
• Ensure dine-in, to-go and call-in orders are properly rung up in the POS
• Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions
• Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law
• Maintain a clean, sanitized service area
• Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items
• Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
• Other functions as assigned by management

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
