Job summary

Tiki Taco in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Restaurant Cashier to help deliver exceptional dine-in and to-go experiences. You will take orders, handle payments, and ensure a friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back.

You will also maintain your station, run food when needed, and collaborate with teammates to provide accurate orders and timely beverage service, all while upholding a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier
• Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials
• General knowledge of cocktails, and beer
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
• Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates
