Essential Functions

• Greet guests enthusiastically with a smile
• Take orders using Velvet Taco steps of service
• Ensure proper rung-up of dine-in, to-go, and call-in orders in the POS
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions
• Check ID before serving alcohol per law
• Maintain a clean, sanitized area
• Know all food & beverage menu items
• Work at a driven, fast pace with good cleaning habits
• Perform other duties as assigned
