Job summary

Wig Properties Bell-2 in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Restaurant Busser (Full Time) to support the Hilton Bellevue and Solarium Kitchen + Bar. You will set, clear and clean dining tables and stock service stations to help servers deliver outstanding guest service and profitability.

Responsibilities include seating assistance, monitoring dining flow, opening/closing duties, table setup, guest inquiries, and teamwork across departments. Flexible mornings required; weekends/holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• The ability to work a flexible schedule including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, with the ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Expected schedule to average 20-30 hours per week, but will vary based on business demands. Primary schedule will be morning shifts - 7am - 2pm.
• Previous customer service or food handling experience preferred, but not required.
• The ability to provide or obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire.
• A positive, outgoing attitude, and a desire to server others.
• At least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and great guests, provide menus and water service.
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
