Novecento is seeking a friendly, hard-working Busser to support servers and bartenders at Mary Brickell Village in Miami. You will assist with food and beverage delivery, table maintenance, and station upkeep to help the team deliver exceptional guest service.

• Experience in a fast-paced dining environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Deliver food and beverages to support servers and bartenders.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests leave.
• Maintain dining room condition and appearance throughout the shift.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with staff to ensure efficiency.
• Help with general cleaning and station upkeep as directed by management.
